Authentic Style Campaign- Debbie Karch

344pm’s weekly Authentic Style Campaign features an inspirational woman entrepreneur or executive whose style I admire and reflects their unparalleled personal brand.

Today’s Authentic Style Spotlight is on Debbie Karch who is a partner at Happier.

Debbie has a strong track record of energizing thought leaders and teams to develop brand-making programs using their unique strengths. She easily recognizes people’s capabilities and is the first person to support them. Debbie’s genuine brand always shines through her caring nature, her curiosity and  amazing sense of humor.

Here’s what Debbie has to say about her brand and style:

About: I partner with Nataly Kogan, the founder of Happier, to help people strengthen their emotional health and resilience by making science-backed, practical skills part of their daily lives with the Happier Method™.

During the pandemic, we’ve been sharing our emotional health skills and practices through virtual keynotes, training sessions for teams, companies, and medical workers, and free weekly webinars.

You’re invited to join us this and every Wednesday at 12 noon ET for our free Well-Being Wednesday Webinar to learn ways to help you better manage stress and find moments of joy and connection during this challenging time.

We’re also incredibly passionate about our Elevating Women Leaders program, which is a virtual group for women executives and founders, dedicated to cultivating emotional health and elevated leadership skills to lead, grow, and thrive in a sustainable way.

What 3 words describe your personal style? Upbeat, colorful, with a twist

How does your style reflect your personal brand?  I haven’t really considered this before. I try to embrace my attributes and what people reflect back to me, which is that I’m friendly, warm, extroverted, smart, intuitive, curious, and up-to-stuff and I think I wear clothes and accessories that accentuate those qualities.

What is your signature piece? Other than my glasses and sassy hair (must-haves for this 50+ gal), I have a knack for finding comfortable, supportive shoes with style.
