How do I set up a Consultation?

How do I receive your outfit recommendations?

During the consultation I will upload pictures of the items / outfits I recommend. We can both view the pictures and talk through the outfits.

What is Skype?

Skype is a service that provides video conferencing over the Internet. It is free to register and for our needs, will be free for you to use for our consultations.  Please visit Skype for more information on the service, including how to register and install the software on your computer.

Do you use FaceTime or any other conferencing service other than Skype?

At this time I only use Skype for the online wardrobe styling.

What is the cost of a Wardrobe Styling Session?

We currently offer three wardrobe styling options. The Wardrobe Consultation ; The Consult (current clients only) ; and The Fab 4- A package of four follow up consults (current clients only). We also offer gift certificates.

When is payment due and when will my credit card be charged?

For all consultations payment is due within 24 hours of completing the initial consultation and the final consultation has been set. Your credit card will be charged at time of processing.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. I've selected Stripe as our payment provider because of their strict security standards. To learn more, visit their website or contact them directly.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Do you offer Refunds?

How can I order a gift certificate?

Please go directly to the Store and select the "Gift Certificate" product. You will be taken to the product page where you will be able to select which wardrobe styling session you would like to gift. Click "Add to Cart" to add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, please click the shopping cart item.

A form will pop up to enter the recipient's name and a gift note. Continue to the checkout process, including entering your billing information, credit card, and the shipping address. Once I receive the request for the gift certificate I will mail out the certificate, placed in a beautiful purple envelope with your gift note. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year.

Can I order a gift certificate for a dollar amount or does it need to be for a specific wardrobe styling session?

At this time we are just offering gift certificates for specific styling sessions.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

You would follow the same process as outlined in How it Works.  In the style questionnaire please be sure to mark that you are redeeming a gift certificate. I'll ask you for the Certificate Code when we conduct our initial consultation.

How do I fill out the Style Questionnaire?

You can access the style questionnaire at this link. Please answer questions thoroughly and honestly. The more information I have, the better I can work with you to offer recommendations that suit your style. When you have completed the questionnaire, press the send button and I will automatically receive it.

Do you offer Wardrobe Styling Services for Men and Children?

Not yet!

I don’t see a consultation that works for me, can I customize one?

At this time I am offering 3 wardrobe styling consultations. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your style needs and how I may help.

Do you get a commission on the items you recommend?

No. I base on my recommendations solely on what brands, stores and fits that best suit you. My fee is based on my time and expertise.

I am not fashionable at all. I have never used the services of a wardrobe consultant. Can I still sign up for your services?

Yes. My consultations are for real women with all sorts of style dilemmas. The end result of the consultation is to make my client feel good about what she is wearing.

Will you come to my home and do a closet edit?

At this point I am only conducting consultations via Skype.  I will, however, make recommendations and offer tips on how to edit your closet.

Do you offer personal shopping services?

At this point I do not offer personal shopping services. I will, however, make recommendations on which stores and brands best suit your style and fit.
